摘要:
目的 研究半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗中风偏瘫患者的临床疗效及对肢体功能的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年1月上饶市广信区血防站诊治的60例中风偏瘫患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组30例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗，比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分、下肢功能评分（FMA）、日常生活能力（Barthel）评分、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后NIHSS评分均低于治疗前，FMA、Barthel评分均高于治疗前，且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组，FMA、Barthel评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%，与对照组的10.00%比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗中风偏瘫的效果确切，可促进患者肢体功能恢复，降低神经功能缺损评分，提高日常生活能力水平，且应用安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia and its effect on limb function.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023, 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia diagnosed and treated in Guangxin District Blood Control Station of Shangrao City were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological deficit (NIHSS) score, lower limb function score (FMA), daily living ability (Barthel) score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the FMA and Barthel scores were higher than those before treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the FMA and Barthel scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was compared with 10.00% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is effective in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia, which can promote the recovery of limb function, reduce the neurological deficit score, improve the level of daily living ability, and has high application safety.
