摘要:
目的 通过文献计量学方法探讨营养疗法在溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者中的研究现状和热点，为未来的研究方向提供线索。方法 搜索PubMed中主要分析营养疗法在UC患者中临床效果的文献，检索时限为数据库建库之日至2023年2月。采用书目共现（BICOMB）、SPSS 22.0及CiteSpace 6.2.R2 3个软件对文献年度发表量、国家/地区、期刊、机构、作者、关键词进行分析。结果 共检索到121篇相关研究领域文献，由22个国家/地区分别发表在76种杂志上。发文机构多为医学类院校及其附属医院，而发文量排名前5的大多是欧美研究机构。发文量最多的作者是Suskind DL，而影响力最高的是Lee D，他们与排名第3的Wahbeh G同属于一个研究团队，关联密切。截取前19个累计利用频率为3或以上的关键词为高频关键词，分析结果显示当前的研究热点为食物疗法及膳食补充剂，在进一步的聚类及多维尺度分析中显示肠内营养（饮食疗法及膳食补充剂）所占范围较大，为目前研究的主要方向。结论 与UC营养疗法相关文献发文量总体呈上行趋势，占研究领域主导地位是的各个发达国家。肠内营养、饮食疗法、膳食补充剂如肠道微生物、不饱和脂肪酸等很可能依旧是未来研究的重点。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research status and hotspots of nutritional therapy in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) by bibliometric methods, and to provide clues for future research directions.Methods PubMed was searched for articles that mainly analyzed the clinical effects of nutritional therapy in UC patients. The search time was from the date of database construction to February 2023. Bibliographic co-occurrence (BICOMB), SPSS 22.0 and CiteSpace 6.2.R2 were used to analyze the annual publication volume, countries/regions, journals, institutions, authors and keywords.Results A total of 121 articles in related research fields were retrieved and published in 76 journals by 22 countries/regions. Most of the publishing institutions were medical colleges and their affiliated hospitals, and the top 5 publishing institutions were mostly European and American research institutions. The author with the largest number of publications was Suskind DL, and the most influential was Lee D, they were all belonged to the same research team as Wahbeh G, ranked No.3, and were closely related. The top 19 keywords with cumulative utilization frequency of 3 or more were selected as high-frequency keywords. The analysis results showed that the current research hotspots were food therapy and dietary supplements. Further clustering and multi-dimensional scale analysis showed that enteral nutrition (diet therapy and dietary supplements) accounted for a large range, which was the main direction of current research.Conclusion The number of publications related to UC nutrition therapy is generally on the rise, and the leading countries in the research field are various developed countries. Enteral nutrition, diet therapy, dietary supplements such as intestinal microorganisms, unsaturated fatty acids are likely to remain the focus of future research.
