摘要:
目的 观察乌灵胶囊对呼吸内科无创呼吸机使用患者睡眠质量的改善效果。方法 选取2023年1月-4月我院接诊的60例呼吸内科无创呼吸机使用患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）。对照组给予安慰剂，观察组在对照组基础上给予乌灵胶囊治疗，比较两组睡眠质量（PSQI）、不良情绪[焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）]、不良反应发生率。结果 两组治疗后PSQI评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 乌灵胶囊可改善呼吸内科无创呼吸机使用患者睡眠质量，缓解不良情绪，且不会增加不良反应发生几率。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the improvement effect of Wuling capsule on sleep quality of patients with non-invasive ventilator in respiratory medicine department.Methods From January to April 2023, 60 patients with non-invasive ventilator in respiratory medicine department of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) by random number table method. The control group was given a placebo, and the observation group was given Wuling capsule on the basis of the control group. The sleep quality (PSQI score), adverse emotions[anxiety (SAS score), depression (SDS score)], and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The PSQI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Wuling capsule can improve the sleep quality of patients with non-invasive ventilator in respiratory medicine department, relieve adverse emotions, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
