摘要:
目的 探讨血清瘦素、脂联素及视黄酸受体反应蛋白2水平同肥胖伴有哮喘患儿肺功能的相关性。方法 选择2021年6月-2022年6月我院就诊的70例哮喘患儿为研究对象,根据患儿体重指数将其分为正常组(n=35)和肥胖组(n=35)。对比两组患儿血清瘦素、脂联素及视黄酸受体反应蛋白2表达水平,采用肺功能仪检测两组患儿的用力肺活量(FVC)所占预估值百分率(FVC%)和第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)所占预估值百分率(FEV1%);分析血清瘦素、脂联素及视黄酸受体反应蛋白2与肥胖哮喘患儿肺功能的相关性。结果 肥胖组患儿FVC%、FEV1%、脂联素表达水平低于正常组,血清瘦素和视黄酸受体反应蛋白2水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿脂联素正表达水平与肺功能呈正相关,而瘦素和视黄酸受体反应蛋白2表达水平与肺功能呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 肥胖哮喘患儿血清瘦素、脂联素及视黄酸受体反应蛋白2水平均与肥胖哮喘患儿的肺功能具有较高的相关性,可作为临床预测肥胖哮喘患儿肺功能情况的有效指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum leptin, adiponectin, retinoic acid receptor-reactive protein 2 levels and lung function in obese children with asthma.Methods A total of 70 children with asthma who were treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the body mass index of the children, they were divided into normal group (n=35) and obese group (n=35). The expression levels of serum leptin, adiponectin and retinoic acid receptor-reactive protein 2 were compared between the two groups. The percentage of forced vital capacity (FVC) in the predicted value (FVC%) and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) in the predicted value (FEV1%) were detected by pulmonary function instrument. The correlation between serum leptin, adiponectin, retinoic acid receptor-reactive protein 2 and lung function in obese children with asthma was analyzed.Results The expression levels of FVC%, FEV1% and adiponectin in the obese group were lower than those in the normal group, and the levels of serum leptin and retinoic acid receptor-reactive protein 2 were higher than those in the normal group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive expression level of adiponectin was positively correlated with lung function, while the expression levels of leptin and retinoic acid receptor-reactive protein 2 were negatively correlated with lung function (P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum leptin, adiponectin and retinoic acid receptor-reactive protein 2 in obese children with asthma are highly correlated with the lung function of obese children with asthma, which can be used as an effective index to predict the lung function of obese children with asthma.
