摘要:
中药雷公藤对类风湿性关节炎、糖尿病、肾病等多种疾病具有疗效,但其对肝脏、心脏、肾脏等多个器官系统存在毒副作用,导致雷公藤的使用产生安全性问题。随着技术的进步,多种减毒策略逐渐出现,研究者不仅运用炮制、中药配伍、改变给药剂型等方法对雷公藤进行减毒增效,还通过生物信息学技术结合多种现代生物学手段研究中药雷公藤有毒成分的作用机制,进而减除其有毒成分,为解决雷公藤存在的毒副作用,提高其利用率提供了新的途径。本综述对目前已有的提取中药雷公藤有毒成分的筛选方法进行归纳总结,同时探讨利用生物信息学的方法预测中药雷公藤毒性成分的靶点,为雷公藤的减毒研究奠定基础。
Abstract:
Traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii has curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease and other diseases, but it has toxicity and side effects on liver, heart, kidney and other organ systems, resulting in safety problems in the use of Tripterygium wilfordii. With the progress of technology, a variety of attenuation strategies have gradually emerged. Researchers not only use processing, traditional Chinese medicine compatibility, change of dosage form and other methods to reduce toxicity and increase efficiency of Tripterygium wilfordii, but also use bioinformatics technology combined with a variety of modern biological methods to study the mechanism of toxic components of Tripterygium wilfordii, and then reduce its toxic components, which provides a new way to solve the toxic and side effects of Tripterygium wilfordii and improve its utilization rate. This review summarizes the existing screening methods for extracting toxic components of Tripterygium wilfordii, and discusses the use of bioinformatics methods to predict the targets of toxic components of Tripterygium wilfordii, laying a foundation for the attenuation of Tripterygium wilfordii.
