摘要:
目的 研究超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术临床有效性及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年6月-2023年10月在我院诊治的66例乳腺良性肿块患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各组33例。对照组采用传统乳腺肿块切除术，研究组采用超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术。比较两组手术指标（手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间）、治疗满意度、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果 研究组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间均小于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗满意度（96.97%）高于对照组（84.85%）（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率（9.09%）低于对照组（21.21%）（P＜0.05）；两组术后生活质量评分均高于术前，且研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺肿块在超声引导下开展微创旋切术治疗效果确切，可减轻患者创伤，为术后康复提供有利条件，预防并发症的同时，提高患者生活质量和满意度，值得临床加以应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for breast masses and its effect on the quality of life.Methods A total of 66 patients with benign breast masses diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional breast tumor resection, and the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast tumor resection. The operation indexes (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, hospitalization time), treatment satisfaction, complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length and hospitalization time of the study group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group (96.97%) was higher than that of the control group (84.85%) (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group (9.09%) was lower than that in the control group (21.21%) (P<0.05). The postoperative quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before operation, and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for breast masses is effective, which can reduce the trauma of patients, provide favorable conditions for postoperative rehabilitation, prevent complications, and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
