摘要:
目的 探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞计数(WBC)联合检测在儿科感染性疾病早期诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取上高县中医院检验科2020年1月-2022年1月收治的230例儿科感染性疾病患者作为研究对象,以病原学类型分为病毒感染组(n=88)和细菌感染组(n=142)。另选同期接受检查的50例健康体检者作为对照组。三组均接受CRP、IL-6和WBC检查。比较上述3项指标单独检测及联合检测对儿科感染性疾病的诊断价值。结果 细菌感染组CRP、IL-6和WBC水平及阳性率均高于对照组和病毒感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CRP、IL-6和WBC单独检测诊断特异度、敏感度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及诊断准确率均低于联合检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相较于单独检测CRP、IL-6和WBC,联合检测可提高对儿科感染性疾病的检测诊断准确率,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and white blood cell count (WBC) in the early diagnosis of pediatric infectious diseases.Methods A total of 230 patients with pediatric infectious diseases admitted to the laboratory department of Shanggao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the etiological type, they were divided into viral infection group (n=88) and bacterial infection group (n=142). Another 50 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. CRP, IL-6 and WBC were examined in all three groups. The diagnostic value of single detection and combined detection of the above three indicators for pediatric infectious diseases was compared.Results The levels and positive rates of CRP, IL-6 and WBC in the bacterial infection group were higher than those in the control group and the viral infection group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and diagnostic accuracy of CRP, IL-6 and WBC alone were lower than those of combined detection, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single detection of CRP, IL-6 and WBC, combined detection can improve the detection and diagnosis accuracy of pediatric infectious diseases, which is worthy of clinical application.
