摘要:
健康管理学不同于以预防为主的预防医学和以诊疗为主的临床医学，它是健康信息收集、健康状况监测、健康风险评估、健康危险因素干预的学科体系。由于医学发展的不断精细化和专业化，基于整合医学的全维健康管理模式能弥补传统健康管理体系存在的缺陷，是以整合医学为抓手，将临床医学、预防医学、心理学、社会学和管理学等各领域最科学的理论知识和健康管理中最专业的医学经验充分整合，并依据个人健康需求和健康执行力进行及时调整，形成“健康访问了解健康需求，全维健康观指导健康评估，整合医学推动健康管理转型，健康促进培塑健康素养”的新型健康管理模式，以最小投入获取最大的健康效益。
Abstract:
Health management is different from prevention-oriented preventive medicine and diagnosis-oriented clinical medicine, it is a discipline system of health information collection, health status monitoring, health risk assessment and health risk factor intervention. Due to the continuous refinement and specialization of medical development, the full-dimensional health management model based on holistic integrative medicine can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional health management system. It fully integrate the most scientific theoretical knowledge in clinical medicine, preventive medicine, psychology, sociology, management and other fields with the most professional medical experience in health management, and make timely adjustments according to personal health needs and health execution, forming a new health management model of "health investigation to understand health needs, holistic health view to guide health assessment, holistic integrative medicine to promote the transformation of health management, health promotion to build health literacy" to obtain maximum health benefits with minimum investment.
