摘要:
目前,我国各个地区均已开展儿童健康服务信息系统的建设,但各个医疗机构的系统平台尚未通过网络手段实现数据的互通与共享,信息孤岛现象严重。本文主要阐述基于互联网技术的儿童区域智慧云平台的设计思路,分析云平台中防治云模块、救治云模块、健康云模块、管理云模块、监管云模块、交流云模块和运营云模块的功能及应用效果,旨在实现电子健康档案的互通互享、高危儿的规范管理,提升团队的管理能力、提高家长的满意度,促进信息化医院的建设,为实现同质化管理提供依据与对策。
Abstract:
At present, all regions of our country have carried out the construction of child health service information systems, but the system platforms of various medical institutions have not yet realized data intercommunication and sharing through network means, and the phenomenon of information islands is serious.This article mainly elaborates the design ideas of the children’s regional smart cloud platform based on Internet technology, and analyzes the functions and functions of the cloud prevention and treatment module, the rescue cloud module, the health cloud module, the management cloud module, the supervision cloud module, the communication cloud module and the operation cloud module in the cloud platform. Application effect,it aims to realize the exchange and sharing of electronic health records, the standardized management of high-risk children, improve the management ability of the team, increase the satisfaction of parents, promote the construction of informationized hospitals, and provide basis and countermeasures for achieving homogeneous management.
