摘要:
目的 研究情志护理联合绘画在情绪障碍患者中的护理效果及对其焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法 以2020年1月-2023年4月吉安市第三人民医院精神科收治的68例情绪障碍患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例)。对照组给予情志护理,观察组则应用情志护理联合绘画干预,比较两组焦虑、抑郁情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自尊量表(SES)、青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)、心理健康问题及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后SES评分高于护理前,RSCA评分低于护理前,且观察组SES评分高于对照组,RSCA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后心理健康问题发生率与严重度低于护理前,且观察组心理健康问题发生率与严重度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情志护理联合绘画干预可有效改善情绪障碍患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其自尊及心理弹性,降低心理健康问题的发生概率及严重程度,具有较高的护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the nursing effect of emotional nursing combined with painting on patients with emotional disorders and its influence on anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 68 patients with emotional disorders admitted to the Department of Psychiatry, the Third People ’s Hospital of Ji’an City from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (34 patients) and observation group (34 patients) by random number table method. The control group was given emotional nursing, while the observation group was given emotional nursing combined with painting intervention. The anxiety and depression [Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)], Self-esteem Scale (SES), the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents (RSCA), mental health problems and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The SES score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and the RSCA score was lower than that before nursing, while the SES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the RSCA score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence and severity of mental health problems in the observation group after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the incidence and severity of mental health problems in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with painting intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with emotional disorders, improve their self-esteem and psychological resilience, reduce the probability and severity of mental health problems, and have higher nursing satisfaction.
