摘要:
目的 研究浙江地区不孕女性血清抗缪勒氏管激素水平与年龄的相关性。方法 选取2021年11月-2023年11月在杭州迪安医学检验中心检测的临床诊断为不孕症的5186例女性为研究对象,采用化学发光免疫分析法测定血清抗缪勒氏管激素水平,经筛查最终纳入5051例合格结果,按照年龄划分为6组:≤25岁、26~30岁、31~35岁、36~40岁、41~45岁和≥46岁。采用SPSS 27.0统计学软件分析数据,Spearman相关分析抗缪勒氏管激素与年龄的相关性。结果 6组不孕妇女的抗缪勒氏管激素含量的中位数分别为4.92、4.46、3.43、2.04、1.07、0.35 ng/ml,四分位距分别为3.56、3.63、3.17、2.36、1.41、0.61 ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Spearman相关系数检验显示,抗缪勒氏管激素与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.511,P<0.01)。结论 浙江地区不孕女性体内抗缪勒氏管激素水平随着年龄的增长而逐渐降低,与年龄呈负相关。抗缪勒氏管激素检测可为评估妇女卵巢功能和寻找不孕症病因提供参考,但不能将其作为诊断不孕症的临床指标。
Abstract:
Objective To study the correlation between serum anti-Müllerian hormone level and age in infertile women in Zhejiang area. Methods From November 2021 to November 2023, 5186 women with clinical diagnosis of infertility in Hangzhou DIAN Medical Laboratory Center. were selected as the research objects. Serum anti-Mullerian hormone levels were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Finally, 5051 qualified results were included after screening. They were divided into 6 groups according to age: ≤25 years old, 26-30 years old, 31-35 years old, 36-40 years old, 41-45 years old and ≥46 years old. SPSS 27.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between anti-Müllerian hormone and age. Results The median levels of anti-Müllerian hormone in the six groups of infertile women were 4.92, 4.46, 3.43, 2.04, 1.07, 0.35 ng/ml, respectively, and the interquartile ranges were 3.56, 3.63, 3.17, 2.36, 1.41, 0.61 ng/ml, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Spearman correlation coefficient test showed that anti-Mullerian hormone was negatively correlated with age (r=-0.511, P<0.01). Conclusion The level of anti-Müllerian hormone in infertile women in Zhejiang area gradually decreases with age and is negatively correlated with age. The detection of anti-Müllerian hormone can provide a reference for evaluating women’s ovarian function and finding the cause of infertility, but it cannot be used as a clinical indicator for the diagnosis of infertility.
