摘要:
目的 观察中药月经周期疗法联合克罗米芬和戊酸雌二醇治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕症患者的临床效果。方法 选取2015年10月~2018年10月我科收治的96例PCOS不孕症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组48例。对照组予克罗米芬和戊酸雌二醇口服治疗，观察组在此基础上给予中药月经周期疗法，比较两组血清促卵泡激素（FSH）)、黄体生成素（LH）、总睾酮（T）水平、体重指数（BMI）、排卵率及妊娠率。结果 治疗后，两组血清FSH、LH、T水平及BMI均下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组总周期排卵率、总妊娠率均高于对照组（80.56% vs 63.41%）、（70.83% vs 37.50%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 克罗米芬和戊酸雌二醇口服治疗基础上采用中药月经周期疗法可调节患者的内分泌功能，改善其BMI，提高其排卵率和妊娠率。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine menstrual cycle therapy combined with clomiphene and estradiol valerate in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods A total of 96 patients with PCOS infertility who were admitted to our department from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given oral clomiphene and estradiol valerate, and the observation group was given menstrual cycle therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on this basis. Serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and total testosterone (T) levels were compared between the two groups,body mass index (BMI), ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Results After treatment, the two groups of serum FSH, LH, T levels and BMI decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group’s total cycle ovulation rate and total pregnancy rate were higher than the control group(80.56% vs 63.41%), (70.83% vs 37.50%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of oral treatment of clomiphene and estradiol valerate, the use of traditional Chinese medicine menstrual cycle therapy could regulate the endocrine function of patients, improve their BMI, and increase their ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
