摘要:
目的 分析综合护理干预对尿结石患者疾病认知及碎石术后复发的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年6月在吉水县人民医院接受碎石术治疗的尿结石患者66例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组，每组33例。对照组采取常规护理方法，研究组在对照组基础上加用综合护理干预。比较两组认知度评分（症状表现、治疗方案、自我护理）、健康行为评分、健康生活方式评分、护理满意度以及术后并发症发生率。结果 两组护理后的认知度评分较护理前升高，且研究组评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组健康行为评分、健康生活方式评分、护理总满意度均高于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对尿结石患者采用综合护理干预的效果较好，有助于提升患者疾病认知度和护理满意度，有效促进其健康行为、健康生活方式的养成，降低术后复发率。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on disease cognition and recurrence after lithotripsy in patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 66 patients with urinary calculi who underwent lithotripsy in Jishui County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing methods, and the study group added comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The cognitive scores (symptom performance, treatment plan, self-care), health behavior scores, healthy lifestyle scores, nursing satisfaction and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The cognitive scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The health behavior score, healthy lifestyle score and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with urinary calculi is better, which is helpful to improve the patient’s disease awareness and nursing satisfaction, effectively promote the development of their healthy behavior and healthy lifestyle, and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
