摘要:
目的 分析临床医学完全开放获取（OA）期刊的特征，为我国医学期刊发展提供参考。方法 选取2022年同时被DOAJ和SCIE数据库收录的临床医学期刊为研究对象，分析期刊的出版类型、论文处理费（APC）、影响因子、载文量、出版国家等，并探索APC的影响因素。结果 纳入研究的751种临床医学OA期刊中，由商业出版社独立出版的期刊最多（319种），其次是合作出版的期刊（285种），而学术机构独立出版的期刊有147种。商业出版社独立出版的期刊在APC、影响因子、年载文量均高于学术机构独立出版的期刊。美国和英国的OA期刊APC较高，而亚洲和南美洲国家出版的OA期刊多数都与学术机构相关，APC较低。结论 OA出版已逐渐成为全球学术出版的主要方式，在探讨OA期刊时，也需要考虑期刊出版类型的差异。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the characteristics of fully open access (OA) journals in clinical medicine, in order to provide reference for the development of medical journals in China. Methods A comprehensive analysis of fully OA clinical medicine journals indexed in both SCIE and DOAJ for the year 2022 was performed, which including publisher type, article processing charges (APC), impact factors, number of articles, publishers, publishing country, etc. The factors influencing APC were also explored. Results A total of 751 fully OA clinical medical journals were included. Among these, 319 journals were independently published by commercial publishers, followed by 285 journals co-published through collaborations between academic institutions and commercial publishers, while 147 journals were independently published by academic institutions. Journals independently published by commercial publishers had higher APCs, impact factors, and number of articles than those independently published by academic institutions. Furthermore, medical OA journals from the United States and the United Kingdom typically imposed higher APCs, while most medical OA journals from Asian and South American countries were affiliated with academic institutions, offering affordable APCs. Conclusion OA publishing has gradually become a major scholarly publishing approach globally, it is important to consider the differences of type of journal publisher.
