摘要:
目的 分析虚拟现实技术在临床医学领域的研究发展脉络,明晰研究现状,归纳研究热点,探求未来研究趋势,为我国虚拟现实技术的临床医学应用与研究提供参考。方法 使用Citespace 5.8.R3软件对中国知网数据库与PubMed数据库进行文献计量分析。结果 纳入中国知网102篇文献,纳入PubMed 4647篇文献。全球虚拟现实技术在临床医学领域的研究文献数呈逐年稳步上升趋势;中国知网与PubMed最高共现频率的关键词分别为“教育”和“Significant Difference”;中国知网数据库主要关键词聚类为“医学教育”“教学改革”,PubMed数据库主要关键词聚类为“增强现实”“外科培训”;近年出现的突现词汇分别为中国知网的“教育”,和PubMed的“covid-19”。全球发文量以美国1653篇最多,意大利457篇居第2,中国342篇居第3。结论 虚拟现实技术之于临床医学的研究热度持续增加,在教育领域的研究最多,近10年的研究方法主要以实验法为主,行业一线应用仍在初级阶段,实验数据相对匮乏,研究热点由散点式讨论过渡到聚焦于covid-19感染。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research route of virtual reality technology in the field of clinical medicine, clarify the research status, summarize the research hotspots, explore the future research trends, and provide a reference for the future clinical research and application of virtual reality technology in China.Methods Using Citespace 5.8.R3 software to conduct the bibliometric analysis of CNKI database and PubMed database.Results A total of 102 research articles were included from CNKI and 4647 research articles from PubMed. The number of global research papers on virtual reality technology in the field of clinical medicine showed a steady increase year by year. The keywords with the highest co-occurrence frequency of CNKI and PubMed were “Education” and “Significance Difference”, respectively. The main keywords clustered in CNKI database were “Medical Education” and “Teaching Reform”, and the main keywords clustered in PubMed database were “Augmented Reality” and “Surgical Training”. The burst terms in recent years were “Education” in CNKI and “covid-19” in PubMed. The United States had the largest number of global publications with 1653 research articles, followed by Italy with 457 research articles, and China with 342 research articles.Conclusion The research interest of virtual reality technology in clinical medicine continues to increase, and the research in the field of education is the most. In the past decade, the research method is mainly experimental. It relatively lacks use in the industry, research data from the industry are scarce. The research hotspots has shifted from scattered discussion to focus on covid-19.
