摘要:
衰弱是老年人常见的临床综合征,可造成老年人出现严重的不良健康结局。但衰弱是一个可逆的过程,通过干预手段可使衰弱缓解或逆转。近年来,虚拟现实(VR)技术在衰弱领域的应用越来越广泛。本文主要综述我国老年人衰弱现状、老年人衰弱常用评估工具、国内外VR技术在老年人衰弱评估和干预中的应用,以期为今后虚拟现实技术在我国老年人衰弱中应用提供依据。
Abstract:
Frailty is a common clinical syndrome in the elderly, which can cause serious adverse health outcomes in the elderly. But frailty is a reversible process that can be alleviated or reversed by intervention. In recent years, virtual reality (VR) technology has been widely used in the field of frailty. This paper mainly reviews the current situation of elderly frailty in China, the commonly used assessment tools for elderly frailty, and the application of VR technology in the assessment and intervention of elderly frailty at home and abroad, in order to provide a basis for the future application of virtual reality technology in elderly frailty in China.
