摘要:
我国已进入老龄化社会，老年人一体多病、多重用药情况十分普遍，药物的不适当使用及所引起的相关危害得到社会越来越多的关注。多重用药存在医学、社会和家庭等伦理问题，医务人员应该提高自身业务能力和伦理修养，在诊疗过程中坚持有利原则和不伤害原则，充分尊重老年患者的知情同意权，通过老年综合评估、健康教育培训等手段为老年患者提供合理的治疗方案，在保证药物最大安全性的同时达到最高、安全、有效的疗效，使老年患者获益，改善其功能状态并提高生活质量，同时避免医疗资源的浪费。本文通过对老年患者多重用药的伦理进行分析，并提出相对应的对策。
Abstract:
Our country has entered an aging society. The elderly are ill with multiple diseases and multiple medications are very common. The inappropriate use of drugs and the related harm caused by them have received more and more attention from the society. Multiple medications have ethical issues such as medical, social, and family issues. Medical staff should improve their professional capabilities and ethical cultivation, adhere to the principle of favorableness and non-harm in the process of diagnosis and treatment, and fully respect the right of informed consent of elderly patients, which means such as education and training provide reasonable treatment solutions for elderly patients, while ensuring the maximum safety of the drug while achieving the highest, safe and effective curative effect, benefiting the elderly patients, improving their functional status and improving the quality of life, while avoiding the loss of medical resources waste. This article analyzes the ethics of multiple medications in elderly patients and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
