摘要:
建立一套符合公立医院行业特点、科学合理的薪酬制度是当前医改工作亟需解决的难题之一,本文对我国当前公立医院医务人员薪酬制度现状进行分析,采取政策分析、文献综述等方法,并结合临沂市人民医院绩效工资改革实践,提出建立基于DRGs、RBRVS等先进管理理论的综合绩效工资分配办法,以期为我国公立医院绩效工资分配方法改革提供参考。
Abstract:
Establishing a scientific and reasonable salary system in line with the characteristics of the public hospital industry is one of the problems that need to be solved in the current medical reform work. This article analyzes the current status of the salary system of medical staff in public hospitals in China, and adopts policy analysis and literature review. The method, combined with the performance salary reform practice of Linyi People’s Hospital, put forward the establishment of a comprehensive performance salary allocation method based on advanced management theories such as DRGs, RBRVS, etc., with a view to providing a reference for the reform of performance salary allocation methods in public hospitals in China.
