摘要:
目的 探讨智能手机成瘾(SA)与乳腺癌(BC)的关系。方法 选取2023年2月-2024年2月南京医科大学第一附属医院的600例患者,根据是否患BC分为BC组和非BC组,各300例。采用智能手机成瘾量表(SAS-SV)测量SA。采用多元线性回归分析SA与BC之间的关系。结果 与非BC组比较,BC组年龄更大、BMI更大、月经初潮早、绝经延迟、收入更低、母乳喂养更少、喝咖啡更少、BC家族史更多、睡眠质量更差、SA更高(P<0.05);两组喝茶情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在调整了年龄、体力活动缺乏、睡眠质量差、喝咖啡、绝经延迟、母乳喂养和其他危险因素后,SA与BC患者仍存在相关性(P=0.027)。然后按年龄进行亚组分析,结果显示≤60岁、BMI≤25 kg/m2亚组中SA与BC存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 SA与BC具有一定相关性,SA会增加中国人群BC发病风险,尤其在≤60岁、BMI≤25 kg/m2人群中。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between smartphone addiction (SA) and breast cancer (BC). Methods A total of 600 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into BC group and non-BC group according to whether they had BC, with 300 cases in each group. SA was measured using the Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (SAS-SV). Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between SA and BC. Results Compared with non-BC group, BC group had older age, higher BMI, earlier menarche, delayed menopause, lower income, less breast feeding, less coffee drinking, more family history of BC, worse sleep quality and higher SA (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in tea drinking between the two groups (P>0.05). After adjusting for age, physical inactivity, poor sleep quality, coffee drinking, delayed menopause, breastfeeding and other risk factors, SA was still associated with BC patients (P=0.027). Subgroup analysis by age showed that SA was correlated with BC in the subgroup of ≤60 years old and BMI≤25 kg/m2 (P<0.05). Conclusion SA has a certain correlation with BC. SA will increase the risk of BC in Chinese population, especially in people aged ≤60 years and with BMI ≤25 kg/m2.
