摘要:
目的 探究CT与MRI在急性脑梗死(ACI)诊断中的应用价值。方法 以2020年1月-2024年1月婺源县中医院收治的61例疑似ACI患者为研究对象,依次行CT、MRI检测,随后以综合诊断结果为金标准,分析CT、MRI及其联合检测对ACI的诊断效能,比较CT、MRI及其联合检测对不同发病时间ACI的诊断准确率,统计其对ACI不同部位病灶的检出结果。结果 CT、MRI联合检测对ACI的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异性高于其单一检测(P<0.05)。CT、MRI联合检测对发病时间<24 h、24~72 h ACI的诊断准确率高于其单独检测(P<0.05)。CT、MRI联合检测对ACI不同部位病灶的检出率高于其单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 CT与MRI联合检测ACI诊断可获得更高诊断效能,对不同发病时间及不同部位病灶均具有较高诊断价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 61 suspected ACI patients admitted to Wuyuan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. CT and MRI tests were performed sequentially, and the comprehensive diagnostic results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of CT, MRI, and their combined tests for ACI. The diagnostic accuracy of CT, MRI, and their combined tests for ACI at different onset times was compared, and their detection results for lesions in different parts of ACI were statistically analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of CT and MRI for ACI were higher than those of single detection (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of combined detection of CT and MRI for ACI with onset time <24 h and 24-72 h was higher than that of single detection (P<0.05). The detection rate of lesions in different parts of ACI by combined detection of CT and MRI was higher than that by single detection (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of ACI can obtain higher diagnostic efficiency, and has high diagnostic value for different onset time and different parts of the lesion.
