摘要:
目的 对行香砂六君子汤加减联合间苯三酚治疗中老年痉挛性腹痛的临床效果及对VAS评分的影响进行分析。方法 选取2022年5月-2024年4月龙南中医院接诊的66例中老年痉挛性腹痛患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，每组33例。对照组采取山莨菪碱治疗，研究组应用香砂六君子汤加减联合间苯三酚治疗。比较两组临床疗效、VAS评分、中医症候（恶心呕吐、腹泻、腹痛、发热）积分、不良反应（口干、心悸、排尿困难、视物模糊）发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，研究组VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组中医症候积分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 香砂六君子汤加减联合间苯三酚治疗中老年痉挛性腹痛的临床效果确切，能够减轻患者疼痛程度，改善患者临床症状，且安全性较高，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with phloroglucinol in the treatment of spastic abdominal pain in middle-aged and elderly patients and its influence on VAS score. Methods A total of 66 middle-aged and elderly patients with spastic abdominal pain who were admitted to Longnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was treated with anisodamine, and the study group was treated with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with phloroglucinol. The clinical efficacy, VAS score, TCM symptoms (nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever) score, and incidence of adverse reactions (dry mouth, palpitation, dysuria, blurred vision) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The TCM symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with phloroglucinol has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of spastic abdominal pain in middle-aged and elderly patients, which can reduce the pain degree, improve the clinical symptoms, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
