摘要:
目的 对新疆乌鲁木齐市农村地区养老机构中养老服务进行评价。方法 于2023年6月-12月，采用分层随机抽样方法抽取乌鲁木齐市养老机构为研究对象，采用问卷调查养老服务情况，采用频数、百分比等进行描述性分析。结果 共有82名养护人员、270名老年人参与调查。养护人员：以女性（80.49%）和初中及以下学历者（51.22%）为主，63.41%接受过岗前培训，但仅40.24%持有养老护理员资格证书；工作年限多为3~5年，月薪集中在3000~5000元，主要承担6~9位老人的日常照护工作；整体工作满意度较低，工作环境差且劳动强度大为主要可能离职原因。养老机构老年人：以女性、80岁以上及丧偶老人为主，多数存在自理能力障碍、患病；经济来源主要依赖养老保险（47.41%）和子女供给（29.63%），月收入超过2500元者占45.56%；多数老人有子女（91.48%），但自理能力较差，有47.41%已在机构居住1~3年。养老机构提供有休闲运动广场、棋牌室、阅读室和理疗室等设施设备，多进行定期体检、文化娱乐，服务需求以疾病健康教育为主，且多数老年人对房屋配套设施、文化娱乐设施、用餐服务、清洁服务较满意。结论 养老机构中养护人员工作辛苦，收入和付出平衡性有待提高，工作质量有待进一步提高；养老机构提供的服务项目不能满足养老机构老年人的需求，养老服务满意度和服务质量有待进一步提高。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the pension services in rural areas of Urumqi, Xinjiang. Methods From June to December 2023, the stratified random sampling method was used to extract the pension institutions in Urumqi as the research object. The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the pension services, and the frequency and percentage were used for descriptive analysis. Results A total of 82 pension caregivers and 270 elderly people participated in the survey. Pension caregivers: mainly women (80.49%) and those with junior high school education and below (51.22%), 63.41% had received pre-job training, but only 40.24% held the qualification certificate of old-age caregiver; the working years were mostly 3 to 5 years, and the monthly salary was concentrated at 3000 to 5000 yuan, mainly responsible for the daily care of 6 to 9 elderly people; the overall job satisfaction was low, and poor working environment and high labor intensity was the main reason for possible resignation. The elderly in pension institutions: mainly women, over 80 years old and widowed elderly, most of them had self-care ability disorder and illness; the economic sources mainly depended on pension insurance (47.41%) and children’s supply (29.63%), and 45.56% of them had a monthly income of more than 2500 yuan. Most of the elderly had children (91.48%), their self-care ability was poor, and 47.41% of them had lived in institutions for 1 to 3 years. The pension institutions provided facilities and equipment such as leisure sports square, chess room, reading room and physiotherapy room, and carried out regular physical examination and cultural entertainment. The service demand was mainly based on disease health education, and most of the elderly were satisfied with housing facilities, cultural and entertainment facilities, dining services and cleaning services. Conclusion The pension caregivers in the pension institutions work hard, the balance of income and effort needs to be improved, and the quality of work needs to be further improved. The service items provided by the pension institutions cannot meet the needs of the elderly. The satisfaction and service quality of the pension services need to be further improved.
