摘要:
目的 探讨玉屏风颗粒联合糠酸莫米松治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的效果。方法 选取南城县人民医院2021年1月-2024年3月收治的52例门诊慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，两组患者均为26例。对照组应用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗，研究组在对照组基础上应用玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状（鼻塞、流涕、头痛、嗅觉障碍、鼻黏膜充血水肿）积分、睡眠质量（睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能）、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）]水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后临床症状积分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组睡眠质量优于对照组，炎症因子水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 玉屏风颗粒联合糠酸莫米松治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的疗效确切，有利于改善患者临床症状，提高患者睡眠质量，减轻患者炎症反应，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with mometasone in treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods A total of 52 outpatients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to Nancheng County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 26 patients in each group. The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray, and the study group was treated with Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms (nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, olfactory disorder, nasal mucosal congestion and edema) scores, sleep quality (sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep disorder, hypnotic drugs, daytime function), inflammatory factors [interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The sleep quality of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yupingfeng granules combined with mometasone is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. It is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve their sleep quality, and reduce the inflammatory response. It is worthy of clinical application.
