摘要:
目的 分析广东省某市一所三甲医院职工2020-2024年度发表科技论文产出情况，了解该院科研实力及趋势，为科管部门进一步制定科研政策和推动科研进步提供依据。方法 以该市某三甲医院为第一单位，该院职工为第一作者或通讯作者，2020-2024年度发表，且登记于医院科研管理系统的科技论文为数据源，采用文献计量学方法从论文年度发文量、核心期刊发文量、期刊分布、第一作者分布、第一作者科室分布及论文类型等方面进行分析。结果 共纳入864篇文献，2020年发文量最多，达239篇；《广东医科大学学报》刊文量最多；以第一作者发文最多的作者是刘宏伟；第一作者科室发文最多的是儿科；文献发表类型主要以研究型论文为主，其次为综述及管理研究类。结论 该院科技论文数虽整体偏低，但质量正处于向好发展趋势；医院核心作者群体的成果质量具备一定基础，但高质量论文仍有较大提升空间；整体呈现以研究型论文为核心的产出结构。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the output of scientific papers published by the staff of a tertiary hospital in a city of Guangdong Province from 2020 to 2024, to understand the scientific research strength and trend of the hospital, and to provide a basis for the scientific management department to further formulate scientific research policies and promote scientific research progress. Methods Taking the scientific papers published in 2020-2024 and registered in the hospital scientific research management system as the data source, which were published by a tertiary hospital in the city as the first unit, the staff of the hospital as the first author or correspondent author, the bibliometric method was used to analyze the annual number of papers, the number of papers published in core journals, the distribution of journals, the distribution of first authors, the distribution of first authors′ departments and the types of papers. Results A total of 864 papers were included, with the largest number of papers published in 2020, reaching 239. Journal of Guangdong Medical University had the largest number of publications; the author with the most papers published by the first author was LIU Hongwei; the first author′s department published the most papers in pediatrics department; the types of papers published were mainly research papers, followed by reviews and management research. Conclusion Although the number of scientific papers in the hospital is generally low, the quality is in a good development trend; the quality of the core author group of the hospital has a certain foundation, but there is still significant room for improvement in high-quality papers; the overall output structure is centered on research papers.
