摘要:
目的 研究艾灸联合低频脉冲在产后子宫宫缩痛中的应用效果。方法 经随机数字表法将2021年10月-2023年10月于于都县中医院顺利分娩的76例产妇分为对照组（38例）与观察组（38例），两组均给予常规产后护理，给予对照组患者低频脉冲干预，观察组患者则给予艾灸联合低频脉冲干预，比较两组产后宫缩痛情况[视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、疼痛持续时间]、睡眠质量、产后疲乏程度[产后疲乏量表（PFS）]、子宫复旧情况（宫底下降速度、恶露持续时间）。结果 干预后，两组VAS分数、疼痛持续时间少于干预前，且观察组VAS分数、疼痛持续时间少于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组睡眠质量优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预后，两组PFS（躯体、情感、行为）评分低于干预前，且观察组PFS各维度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组宫底下降速度大于对照组，且恶露持续时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 艾灸联合低频脉冲干预对产后宫缩疼痛具有良好缓解效果，可改善产妇睡眠质量，减轻其产后疲乏，加速子宫复旧，值得应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of moxibustion combined with low frequency pulse in postpartum uterine contractile pain. Methods From October 2021 to October 2023, 76 parturients who gave birth successfully in Yudu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomized via a random number table into two groups: control group (38 parturients) and observation group (38 parturients). All participants received standard postpartum care. In addition to the routine care, patients in the control group received low frequency pulse intervention, while in the observation group, patients were given moxibustion combined with low frequency pulse intervention. The postpartum uterine contraction pain [Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), pain duration], sleep quality, postpartum fatigue degree [Postpartum Fatigue Scale (PFS)], uterine involution (rate of uterine fundal descent, duration of lochia) were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, VAS scores and pain duration were significantly reduced in both groups compared to before intervention; furthermore, the observation group demonstrated significantly lower VAS scores and shorter pain duration compared to the control group (P<0.05). The observation group showed a significantly higher excellent and good rate compared to the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of PFS (body, emotion and behavior) in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group had lower the PFS scores of each dimension compared to the control group (P<0.05). The observation group showed a higher rate of uterine fundal descent; additionally, the duration of lochia was shorter in this group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion combined with low frequency pulse intervention has a good relief effect on postpartum uterine contraction pain, which can improve maternal sleep quality, reduce postpartum fatigue, and accelerate uterine involution. It is worthy of application.
