摘要:
目的 描绘国内艾灸治疗压力性损伤的护理研究发展现状和演变规律，揭示研究热点及前沿，为后续研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网自建库至2020年12月31日以“艾灸”“压力性损伤”为主题检索期刊文献，借助CiteSpace软件对其进行文献计量和聚类分析。结果 最终得到150篇相关文献，发文量最高的为范玉珍、陆静波两位学者，各3篇；威海市文登中心医院为发文量最多的机构，共计4篇；制作研究热点共聚图与关键词时区图得到艾灸治疗压力性损伤护理研究热点为“艾灸”“压力性损伤”和“护理”，研究前沿为“中西医结合疗法”“中药结合艾灸治疗”与“辨证施护”。结论 压力性损伤为艾灸治疗的优势病种之一，艾灸治疗压力性损伤领域有待深入研究。
Abstract:
Objective To delineate the current status and evolutionary law of nursing research development for moxibustion treatment of pressure injury in China, to reveal the research hotspot and the leading edge, and to provide a reference for subsequent research.Methods The journal literature was retrieved with the subject of “moxibustion”“pressure injury” from the Chinese Knowledge base until December 31,2020, which was subjected to bibliometric and clustering analysis with the aid of CiteSpace software.Results A total of 150 relevant articles were finally obtained, and FAN Yu-zhen and LU Jing-bo were the two scholars with the highest number of articles, each of 3 articles. Weihai Wendeng Central Hospital was the institution with the largest number of papers, with a total of 4 articles; the research hotspots were “moxibustion”“stress injury” and “nursing”. The research frontiers were “integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy” “traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion therapy” and “dialectical nursing”.Conclusion Pressure injury is one of the advantages of moxibustion treatment, and the field of moxibustion treatment of stress injury needs to be further studied.
