摘要:
目的 基于CiteSpace V软件分析中国知网数据库(CNKI)中与肌肉萎缩侧索硬化相关的文献,挖掘此领域的研究热点和前沿趋势,为后续的研究提供借鉴。方法 按设定的策略检索、筛选并导出文献数据至CiteSpace5.7.R2软件,对作者、机构及关键词进行统计及共现、聚类、突现等可视化分析。结果 纳入期刊文献1026篇,作者共312人,其中樊东升发文量最多,机构共83个,其中北京大学第三医院神经内科发文量最多;主要的研究热点为发病机制与诊断方法研究,研究前沿为C9ORF72等致病基因的研究。结论 未来基因治疗可能会成为肌肉萎缩侧索硬化安全有效的治疗方式,然而更多的致病基因需要研究人员探索发现。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the literatures related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in CNKI database based on CiteSpace V software, explore the research hotspots and frontier trends in this field, and provide reference for subsequent research.Methods Literature data were retrieved, screened and exported to CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software according to the set strategy. The authors, institutions and keywords were statistically analyzed and visualized by co-occurrence, clustering and outburst.Results A total of 1026 articles were included, and 312 authors were included. FAN Dong-sheng had the largest number of articles and 83 institutions, and the Department of Neurology of Peking University Third Hospital had the largest number of articles. The main research focus was the pathogenesis and diagnostic methods, and the research frontier was the research of pathogenic genes such as C9ORF72.Conclusion Gene therapy may become a safe and effective treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in the future. However,more pathogenic genes need to be explored and discovered by researchers.
