摘要:
目的 了解压力性损伤研究发展现状、作者及机构合作情况和压力性损伤相关研究热点，为我国学者未来的研究提供参考。方法 以CNKI 为数据来源，运用 CiteSpace 软件对2011-2021年压力性损伤相关文献的作者、机构、关键词等进行分析。结果 共纳入文献862篇，压力性损伤相关研究文献发文量总体呈上升趋势，发文最多的作者是蒋琪霞（22篇），发文量最多的机构是南京军区南京总医院（17篇），但作者与作者，机构与机构间合作不密切。关于压力性损伤的预防、老年患者、危险因素及评估工具、伤口愈合和循证护理是该领域的研究热点。结论 压力性损伤的研究虽逐渐引起学者们的重视，但该领域内各作者、各机构之间合作不足，有待加强；建议在今后的研究中，应更加重视对老年人群压疮的预防和压疮风险因素的评估量表探究，进一步强化循证护理理念，为制定临床压疮相关干预措施提供循证依据。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current status of research on pressure injury, cooperation between authors and institutions, and research hotspots of stress injury, so as to provide reference for future research of Chinese scholars.Methods CNKI was used as the data source, and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the authors, institutions, and keywords of pressure injury-related literature from 2011 to 2021.Results A total of 862 articles were included. The number of published articles related to pressure injury showed an overall upward trend. The author with the most articles was JIANG Qi-xia (22 articles), and the institution with the most articles was Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region (17 articles), but the cooperation between authors and authors and institutions was not close. Research on pressure injury prevention, elderly patients, risk factors and assessment tools, wound healing, and evidence-based care were hot topics in this field.Conclusion Although research on pressure injury is gradually attracting the attention of scholars, cooperation between authors and institutions in this field is insufficient and needs to be strengthened. It is recommended that in future studies, more attention should be paid to the prevention of pressure ulcers and the exploration of assessment scales for pressure ulcer risk factors in the elderly population, and the concept of evidence-based care should be further strengthened to provide an evidence-based basis for the development of clinical pressure ulcer-related interventions.
