摘要:
目的 探讨健康教育导向的循证护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者血管通路依从性和生活质量的影响。方法 选择2018年5月-2020年8月我院收治的52例尿毒症血液透析患者，按照随机数字表法分为干预组和参照组，每组26例。参照组给予常规护理干预，干预组在参照组基础上给予健康教育导向的循证护理干预，比较两组疾病知晓情况、血管通路依从性及生活质量。结果 干预组疾病认知、血液透析认知、自我管理、生活管理、社会交往评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组血管通路总依从率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 健康教育导向的循证护理干预可提升尿毒症血液透析患者对疾病的认知，增强血管通路依从性，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of health education-oriented evidence-based nursing intervention on vascular access compliance and quality of life in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 52 uremic hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into intervention group and reference group according to random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group was given health education oriented evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group. The disease awareness, vascular access compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease cognition, hemodialysis cognition, self-management, life management and social interaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total compliance rate of vascular pathway in the intervention group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health in the intervention group were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Health education-oriented evidence-based nursing intervention can improve the cognition of disease, enhance the compliance of vascular pathway and improve the quality of life of uremic hemodialysis patients.
