摘要:
目的 探究血液透析联合血液灌流对尿毒症的治疗效果。方法 选取本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的84例尿毒症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为研究组与常规组，各42例。常规组采用血液透析治疗，研究组在此基础上联合血液灌流治疗。比较两组生活优良率、皮肤瘙痒程度、血清血红蛋白、甲状旁腺激素、尿素氮（BUN）及肌酐（Cr）水平。结果 研究组生活优良率为66.67%，优于常规组的38.10%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组皮肤瘙痒评分低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组生化指标均较治疗前改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组血红蛋白、甲状旁腺激素优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组BUN、Cr比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 血液透析联合血液灌流能够提高尿毒症的治疗效果，改善患者皮肤瘙痒程度，提高患者生活质量，促进其各项生化指标恢复正常。
Abstract:
Objective To Explore the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion on uremia. Methods 84 patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into study group and routine group, 42 cases each. The routine group was treated with hemodialysis, and the study group was combined with blood perfusion therapy. The quality of life, skin itching, serum hemoglobin, parathyroid hormone, urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) levels were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of life in the study group was 66.67%, which was better than that in the conventional group 38.10%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pruritus score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The biochemical parameters of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Among them, the hemoglobin and parathyroid hormone in the study group were better than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the BUN and Cr between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion can improve the therapeutic effect of uremia, improve the degree of skin itching, improve the quality of life of patients, and promote the return of various biochemical indicators.
