摘要:
目的 探讨血液透析联合血液灌流对慢性肾衰竭患者血清炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年1月在我院接受治疗慢性肾衰竭患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组应用血液透析治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用血液灌流进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后的相关炎性因子及免疫指标变化。结果 两组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD8+水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析的基础上联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭患者有助于降低炎症因子,改善免疫指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on serum inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis, and the experimental group was treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of the control group. The changes of related inflammatory factors and immune indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8, CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The CD8+ levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion is helpful to reduce inflammatory factors and improve immune indexes in patients with chronic renal failure.
