摘要:
目的 探索我国社区居家养老服务研究的热点与发展趋势。方法 基于中国知网（CNKI）数据库中2004-2024年符合要求的814篇文献，通过可视化计量分析方法，对纳入的文献从年度发文量、发文趋势、作者图谱、机构图谱、关键词聚类、关键词突现等五个维度进行研究。结果 从2004年到2024年，我国关于社区居家养老的文献发表量呈现出明显的增长态势，研究的关键词主要集中在“日间照料中心”“养老服务”“社区养老”“社区养老服务”等。发文量排名第1的作者是同济大学建筑与城市规划学院的李斌，发文量排名第1的机构是同济大学建筑与城市规划学院。关键词共现排名前3的分别是“社区养老”“养老服务”和“居家养老”。共生成12个聚类标签，Q=0.575，S=0.8394，表明聚类结构显著，网络同质性和聚类结果可信度较高。关键词突现指数较高的有社区养老、社区照顾、养老服务需求、养老服务等。结论 应重点解决社区居家养老服务资源均等化、中医药老年健康服务发展以及中西医并重的居家社区医养结合服务，以应对我国日益严峻的老龄化挑战。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends of community home care for the aged in China. Methods Based on the 814 literatures that met the requirements in CNKI database from 2004 to 2024, through the visual quantitative analysis method, the included literatures were studied from five dimensions: annual publication volume, publication trend, author map, institution map, keyword clustering and keyword burst. Results From 2004 to 2024, the number of literatures published on community home care for the aged in China showed an obvious growth trend, and the research keywords were mainly focused on "day care center", "pension service" "community pension" and "community pension service". The author with the highest number of published articles was LI Bin from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University, and the institution with the highest number of published articles was the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University. The top three keywords in terms of co-occurrence were "community pension" "pension service" and "home-based elderly care". A total of 12 cluster labels were generated, Q=0.575, S=0.8394, indicating that the cluster structure was significant, the homogeneity of the network and the credibility of the clustering results were high. Keywords with high burst index included: community pension, community care, pension service demand, pension service, etc. Conclusion We should focus on the equalization of community home care service resources, the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service for the elderly, and the integration of medical care and elderly care service with equal emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in home community, so as to cope with the increasingly severe challenge of aging in China.
