摘要:
目的 探讨高压氧在治疗胸段脊髓损伤患者的效果。方法 选择2014年3月~2016年3月我院收治92例胸段脊髓损伤患者,随机分为对照组和高压氧组,各46例,伤后1~2周内均行脊髓减压手术,术后两组均使用常规药物治疗,高压氧组在此基础上配合高压氧治疗,两组治疗时间均为180 d,随后比较两组治疗效果。结果 高压氧组总有效率为93.57%,高于对照组的76.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高压氧组在治疗2个疗程前,治疗效果不明显,治疗3个疗程后,开始出现较好的治疗效果,且在治疗6个疗程后达到高峰并趋于稳定。结论 常规药物联合高压氧综合治疗脊髓损伤,可以有效促进患者脊髓功能恢复,降低致残率,成为一种安全、有效的脊髓损伤治疗手段。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of thoracic spinal injury.Methods From March 2014 to March 2016,92 patients with thoracic spinal injury in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and hyperbaric oxygen group,46 cases each group.Decompression of spinal cord was performed within 1 to 2 weeks after injury.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs.The hyperbaric oxygen group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of this treatment.The treatment time was 180 d in both groups.The treatment effects of the two groups were then compared.Results The total effective rate of hyperbaric oxygen group was 93.57%,which was higher than 76.72% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hyperbaric oxygen group had no obvious treatment effect before 2 courses of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,good therapeutic effects began to appear,and peaked after 6 courses of treatment,becoming steady.Conclusion Conventional drugs combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for spinal cord injury can effectively promote the recovery of spinal cord function and reduce the disability rate,and become a safe and effective treatment for spinal injury.
