摘要:
创面修复是临床常见问题,通常是由于外伤或其他伤病造成组织缺损后,局部组织通过再生、修复、重建,进行修复的一系列病理生理过程。如果创面愈合困难,急性创面会转化为慢性创面,不仅增加治疗难度,而且严重影响患者生活质量,并且会造成一定的经济和精神负担。目前,临床创面修复方法种类繁多,高压氧治疗(HBOT)作为一种新型治疗方法在创面修复中获得一定效果。本文就高压氧治疗概述及联合高压氧治疗创面修复的有效性和安全性作一综述,以期为临床创面修复提供一定的理论参考依据。
Abstract:
Wound repair is a common clinical problem. It is usually a series of pathophysiological processes in which local tissues undergo regeneration, repair, and reconstruction after tissue defects caused by trauma or other injuries.If the wound is difficult to heal, the acute wound will be transformed into a chronic wound, which will not only increase the difficulty of treatment, but also seriously affect the quality of life of the patient, and will cause a certain economic and spiritual burden.At present, there are a wide variety of clinical wound repair methods, and hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) therapy as a new type of treatment has achieved certain results in wound repair.This article reviews the overview of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the effectiveness and safety of combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy for wound repair, in order to provide a certain theoretical reference for clinical wound repair.
