摘要:
目的 建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定注射用泮托拉唑钠中EDTA-2Na的含量。方法 选择固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(直径为5 μm),尺寸为250 mm×4.6 mm色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(15∶85,v/v,用磷酸调节pH至2.5±0.1)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为255 nm,柱温为35 ℃。结果 EDTA-2Na浓度在2.0~32.0 μg/ml范围内线性方程为A=2.317×104C-1.235×103(r=0.9998),EDTA-2Na的平均回收率为100.40%,RSD 为0.92%(n=9)。结论 本方法简便、可靠、准确度高、重复性好,可用于测定注射用泮托拉唑钠中EDTA-2Na的含量。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To establish a(HPLC)method for the determination of EDTA-2Na in Pantoprazole sodium for injection.Methods The stationary phase was octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica(diameter of 5μm),the chromatographic column was of 250 mm×4.6 mm size,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(15:85,v/v and pH adjusted to 2.5±0.1 with phosphoric acid),flow rate 1.0ml/min,detection wave length 255nm,column temperature 35 ℃.Results The linear equation of EDTA-2Na concentration in the range of 2.0~32.0μg/ml is A=2.317x104C-1.235x103(r=0.9998),the average recovery of EDTA-2Na is 100.40% and RSD is 0.92%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of EDTA-2Na in Pantoprazole sodium for Injection.
