摘要:
目的 评价308 nm准分子激光联合氟米松软膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年11 月~2017年11月在黄石市中心医院皮肤科门诊诊断为局限性神经性皮炎患者90例，数字编码随机分为三组，每组30例，治疗组采用308 nm准分子激光联合氟米松软膏，对照组1采用308 nm准分子激光照射，对照组2外用氟米松软膏，对三组有效率、不良反应及复发率对比。结果 治疗组治疗2周、4周的有效率分别为63.33%、86.67%，高于对照组1的16.67%、63.33%，对照组2的36.67%、56.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组的不良发生率为16.67%，低于对照组1、2的36.67%、66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组的复发率为6.67%，低于对照组1、2的60.00%、70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 308 nm准分子激光联合氟米松软膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎起效快、疗效好、安全性好、复发率低。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser combined with flumetasone ointment in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis.Methods From November 2016 to November 2017,90 patients with localized neurodermatitis diagnosed in the dermatology clinic of Huangshi Central Hospital were randomly divided into three groups,30 in each group.The treatment group used 308 nm excimer.The laser was combined with dexamethasone ointment,the control group 1 was irradiated with 308 nm excimer laser,and the control group 2 was treated with flumetasone ointment.A comparison of the three groups of efficacy,adverse reactions, and relapse rates.Results The effective rates of treatment group were 63.33% and 86.67% at 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively, higher than 16.67% and 63.33% in control group 1,and 36.67% and 56.67% in control group 2,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the treatment group was 16.67%,which was lower than that of the control group 1, 2 36.67%,66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.67%,which was lower than that of the control group 1, 2 60.00%,70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion 308nm excimer laser combined with flumetasone ointment for the treatment of localized neurodermatitis has a fast onset, good curative effect,good safety and low recurrence rate.
