摘要:
目的 评价308 nm准分子激光联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗面颈部白癜风的疗效。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院就诊的白癜风患者200例，按照随机数字表法分成3组，A组（67例）给予308nm准分子激光联合0.1%他克莫司软膏外用治疗，B组（66例）给予308nm准分子激光照射治疗，C组（67例）给予0.1%他克莫司软膏外用，比较三组临床疗效，不同部位、分期皮损疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组总有效率为80.60%，高于B组、C组的48.48%、50.75%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。三组不同部位皮损治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。A组、C组不同分期皮损治疗总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B组不同分期皮损治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。三组治疗期间均出现轻度灼热感和瘙痒，无水疱，症状在1周内自行消失，未发生严重不良反应。结论 308 nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗面颈部白癜风疗效较好，不良反应少，效果优于308 nm准分子激光或他克莫司软膏单独治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser combined with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo of the face and neck.Methods 200 patients with vitiligo treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into 3 groups according to the random number table method. Group A (67 cases) was given 308nm excimer laser combined with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for external treatment In group B (66 cases), 308nm excimer laser irradiation treatment was given, and in group C (67 cases), 0.1% tacrolimus ointment was given for external use. The clinical efficacy, the effect of different parts and staged lesions and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the three groups.Results The total effective rate in group A was 80.60%, which was higher than 48.48% and 50.75% in group B and group C, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment efficiency of skin lesions between the three groups(P>0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of skin lesion treatment between groups A and C (P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of group B skin lesion treatment in different stages (P>0.05). All three groups had mild burning sensation and itching, no blisters, and the symptoms disappeared spontaneously within 1 week without serious adverse reactions.Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser combined with tacrolimus ointment has better curative effect on face and neck vitiligo with fewer adverse reactions, and the effect is better than 308 nm excimer laser or tacrolimus ointment alone.
