摘要:
目的 探讨舍曲林联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫伴精神障碍的临床疗效。方法 将2016年1月~年2017年12月湖北省黄石市第二医院接诊的70例癫痫伴精神障碍患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各35例，对照组患者给予丙戊酸钠治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用舍曲林治疗，比较两组患者疗程结束时治疗效果以及治疗前后精神障碍症状变化情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率80.00%，高于对照组45.71%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后阴性症状评分、阳性症状评分、精神病理评分，低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后阴性症状评分、阳性症状评分、精神病理评分，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 舍曲林联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫伴精神障碍疗效显著，可明显改善患者精神障碍症状。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sertraline plus sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy with mental disorders.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,the 70 patients with epilepsy with mental disorders who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Huangshi City,Hubei Province were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,35 cases each,the patients in the control group were treated with sodium valproate and the patients in the observation group were treated with sertraline on this basis.The effect of treatment at the end of the treatment course and the change of mental disorders before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 45.71%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative symptom scores,positive symptom scores,and psychopathological scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative symptom scores, positive symptom scores and psychopathological scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline plus valproate has a significant effect on epilepsy with mental disorders, and can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with mental disorders.
