摘要:
目的 了解益胃汤加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法 收集2015年5月~2017年8月在我院就诊的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者100例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各50例。两组患者均进行饮食控制、监测血糖、运动、降糖药物治疗，对照组采用多潘立酮治疗，治疗组采用多潘立酮联合益胃汤加减治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者上腹饱胀、疼痛、嗳气等临床症状积分，比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者临床疗效改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者临床症状积分均较治疗前减少，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且治疗组临床症状积分改善更优，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者均偶发恶心、腹痛等不良反应，发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 益胃汤加减联合多潘立酮联合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫，可提供临床疗效，改善患者的临床症状。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To understand the clinical efficacy of Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic gastroparesis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases each.The patients in both groups were treated with diet control,monitoring blood sugar,exercise,and hypoglycemic drugs.The control group was treated with domperidone.The treatment group was treated with domperidone combined with Yiwei Decoction.The clinical symptoms of upper abdominal fullness,pain and hernia were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the improvement of clinical symptom scores in the treatment group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had occasional adverse reactions such as nausea and abdominal pain,and the incidence was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiwei Decoction combined with domperidone in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis can provide clinical efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
