摘要:
目的 探讨活结系单侧鼻导管固定留置胃管在普通外科的应用效果。方法 选择2016年 8 月~2017年3月在我科住院留置胃管 60例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各30例，实验组采用活结系单侧鼻导管固定留置胃管，对照组采用布胶布分别交叉固定于两侧鼻翼及面部再加棉绳系于耳廓上缘，比较两种固定方法的胃管移位、脱管、局部皮肤症状、患者的舒适度。结果 活结系单侧鼻导管固定胃管脱管率、移位率低，局部皮肤受损轻，患者满意度优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 活结系单侧鼻导管固定留置胃管的方法可有效地固定留置鼻胃管，减少了胃管移位、脱管，对局部皮肤损伤少，增加了患者的舒适度，患者更易接受。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of fixed gastric tube with single nasal catheter in general surgery.Methods From August 2016 to March 2017,60 cases of gastric tube in our department were selected.Each group was randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each.In the experimental group,one side nasal catheter was used to fix the gastric tube, while in the control group,cloth cloth was used to cross fix the bilateral nasal wing and the face with cotton cord on the upper edge of the auricle,respectively.Compare the gastric tube displacement,extubation,local skin symptoms and comfort of the patients with two fixation methods.Results Unilateral nasal catheterization of gastric tube unilaterally fixed rate,low translocation rate,local skin damage, patient satisfaction is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of unilateral nasal cannula fixation and indwelling gastric tube can effectively fix the nasogastric tube,reduce gastric tube displacement and detachment,reduce the damage to the local skin and increase patient comfort,which is more acceptable to patients.
