摘要:
目的 观察血液透析联合血液灌流的组合型人工肾技术在治疗尿毒症透析中防范低血压发生的价值分析。方法 抽取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院收治的42例需要进行血液透析的肾病患者,将其分为研究组和参照组,各21例,研究组患者实施组合型人工肾技术,参照组患者行常规血液透析,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 研究组应用的组合型人工肾技术使得分子物质甲状旁腺激素明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者透析2~3 h血压情况优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 组合型人工肾技术在临床治疗中效果显著,能够有效地防止在血液透析过程中出现的低血压情况,降低治疗的风险性,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the value of combined artificial kidney technique with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremia dialysis to prevent hypotension.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,42 patients with nephropathy who needed hemodialysis were selected and divided into study group and reference group,21 cases each.The patients in the study group were treated with combined artificial kidney technique,and the patients in the control group were treated with routine hemodialysis.Observed the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results The combined artificial kidney technique used in the study group made the molecular substance parathyroid hormone significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group 2~3 h blood pressure dialysis was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined artificial kidney technique has significant effect in clinical treatment, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypotension during hemodialysis and reduce the risk of treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
