摘要:
目的 分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并糖尿病患者的血脂检验结果。方法 选取2017年1月~6月我院诊治的22例CHD合并糖尿病患者作为观察组，选取同期的22例CHD患者作为对照组，对两组患者进行血脂检测，对比其血脂、载脂蛋白-A和载脂蛋白-B水平。结果 观察组TG、TC、LDL-C指标分别为（2.71±1.31）mmol/L、（6.54±2.14）mmol/L、（3.74±0.81）mmol/L，均高于对照组的（1.79±0.14）mmol/L、（5.17±1.25）mmol/L、（2.27±0.41）mmol/L，观察组HDL-C为（2.73±0.85）mmol/L，低于对照组的（3.72±0.14）mmol/L，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组载脂蛋白-A、载脂蛋白-B水平分别为（1.01±0.17）g/L、（0.68±0.01）g/L，低于对照组的（1.35±0.26）g/L、（0.89±0.14）g/L，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对CHD合并糖尿病患者进行血脂检测，能有效诊断患者的继发性并发症，降低并发症发生率，临床诊断价值明显，可在临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the results of blood lipid test in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 22 patients with CHD complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected as observation group from January to June in 2017.22 patients with CHD in the same period were selected as control group.Blood lipids were measured in both groups,serum lipid,apolipoprotein-A and apolipoprotein-B levels were compared.Results The indexes of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were(2.71±1.31)mmol/L and(6.54±2.14)mmol/L and(3.74±0.81)mmol/L respectively,they were all higher than those in the control group(1.79±0.14)mmol/L,(5.17±1.25)mmol/L,(2.27±0.41)mmol/L,and the HDL-C in the observation group was(2.73±0.85)mmol/L,which was lower than that in the control group(3.72±0.14)mmol/L,and the difference between the two group was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The apolipoprotein-A and apolipoprotein-B levels in the observation group were(1.01±0.17)g/L and(0.68±0.01)g/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(1.35±0.26)g/L and(0.89±0.14)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum lipids in CHD patients with diabetes can effectively diagnose the secondary complications and reduce the incidence of complications.The clinical diagnosis value is obvious and can be popularized in clinical practice.
