摘要:
如今，中国已进入快速老龄化阶段，面对速度快、数量多、负担重的中国式老龄化现状，对护理行业而言，是对老年护理与日俱增的需求，也是对更高水平、更高质量的高级护理实践要求。结合国外经验，研究出一条中国特色的老年专科护士培养模式，是近年来护理工作者急需讨论及不断改进的问题。本文就老年专科护士培养及发展进行综述，为今后我国老年专科护士培养及临床实践提供参考。
Abstract:
Abstract：For now,China has entered the stage of rapid aging and facing the rapid,large number,heavy burden of the Chinese aging situation,for the nursing industry,is an increasing demand for elderly care,but also for a higher level,higher quality of advanced nursing practice requirements.Combining with the experience of foreign countries,it is urgent for nursing workers to discuss and improve the training mode of elderly nurses with Chinese characteristics in recent years.This article summarizes the training and development of senior specialized nurses in order to provide reference for the cultivation and clinical practice of senior nurses in China.
