摘要:
目的 探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)联合检测在糖尿病肾脏疾病诊断中的临床意义。方法 随机抽取天津中医药大学第二附属医院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的糖尿病患者100例设为观察组,按照病程的长短划分为观察组A(病程<5年)和观察组B(病程≥5年),另选同期100名健康体检者设为对照组,比较三组血清Cys-C和β2-MG水平。结果 观察组中的Cys-C阳性检出率为87.00%,β2-MG阳性检出率为83.00%,对照组中这两项指标的阳性检出率均为0,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组A和观察组B中血清Cys-C水平为(1.19±0.24)mg/L和(1.45±0.34)mg/L,β2-MG水平分别为(0.39±0.09)mg/L和(0.79±0.17)mg/L;对照组中的血清Cys-C水平为(0.84±0.16)mg/L,β2-MG水平为(0.13±0.02)mg/L;观察组血清Cys-C和β2-MG水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组B血清Cys-C和β2-MG水平高于观察组A,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清胱抑素C、尿β2微球蛋白联合检测在糖尿病肾损害早期诊断中具有指导意义和临床价值。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum cystatin C (Cys-C) and urinary β2 microglobulin (β2-MG) in the diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group A (sickness <5 years) and observation group B (the course of disease ≥ 5 years), another 100 healthy subjects in the same period were set as the control group, and the serum levels of Cys-C and β2-MG were compared. Results The positive detection rate of Cys-C in the observation group was 87.00%, and the positive detection rate of β2-MG was 83.00%. The positive detection rate of these two indicators in the control group was 0,the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the serum Cys-C levels in observation group A and observation group B were (1.19±0.24) mg/L and (1.45±0.34) mg/L, The β2-MG levels were (0.39±0.09) mg/L and (0.79±0.17) mg/L, respectively; the serum Cys-C level in the control group was (0.84±0.16) mg/L, and the β2-MG level was (0.13±0.02)mg/L;The serum levels of Cys-C and β2-MG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the serum levels of Cys-C and β2-MG in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum cystatin C and urinary β2 microglobulin has guiding significance and clinical value in the early diagnosis of diabetic renal damage.
