摘要:
目的 探讨UbcH10在肝癌中的临床病理特征及预后意义。方法 采用RT-PCR技术对我院2017年9月~12月收治的30例不同分化程度肝癌患者肿瘤组织中的UbcH10表达进行检测，通过Kaplan-Meier和 Cox回归评估UbcH10表达与患者存活率的相关性。结果 低分化肝癌组织中UbcH10 mRNA表达EI评分为（0.82±0.32）分，高于高分化癌组织的（0.33±0.06）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；不同组织学分化程度和淋巴结转移患者的UbcH10表达比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；高UbcH10表达和低UbcH10表达的肝癌患者的存活时间不同，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 UbcH10可能在肿瘤发展中起积极作用，可作为肝癌患者预后不良的独立预测因子。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and prognostic significance of UbcH10 in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expression of UbcH10 in tumor tissues of 30 patients with different degrees of differentiation from September to December 2017 was detected by RT-PCR.Correlation between UbcH10 expression and patient survival was assessed by Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression. Results The EI score of UbcH10 mRNA expression in poorly differentiated liver cancer tissues was (0.82±0.32), which was higher than that in well differentiated cancer tissues(0.33±0.06), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference of UbcH10 expression between patients with different histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant (P<0.05). The survival time of patients with high UbcH10 expression and low UbcH10 expression was different,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion UbcH10 may play an active role in tumor development and may be an independent predictor of poor prognosis in patients with liver cancer.
