摘要:
目的 分析生化检验中样本溶血对检验准确性的影响。方法 选取2018年1月~12月我院进行体检的317名健康人群的血液样本作为研究对象,随机分为观察组160名和对照组157名。对照组采取常规存放标本,观察组采取人工溶血处理,比较两组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、甘油三酯(TG)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果 两组HDL、TG、ALB指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组TP、LDH、CK-MB、CK、AST、TBIL、DBIL分别为(58.95±6.87)g/L、(395.56±11.69)U/L、(84.69±6.84)U/L、(175.69±6.97)IU/L、(84.51±3.69)U/L、(14.23±1.21)μmol/L、(4.21±0.84)μmol/L,优于对照组的(86.64±5.96)g/L、(172.66±10.36)U/L、(6.88±0.78)U/L、(124.46±6.32)IU/L、(70.36±2.36)U/L、(9.71±2.12)μmol/L、(10.58±2.54)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 标本在出现溶血现象后会导致生化检验结果出现偏差,影响其准确度,提高检查人员对标本的重视程度,才能有效的保证生化检测结果真实可靠。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of sample hemolysis on the accuracy of the test.Methods Blood samples from 317 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group 160 and control group 157. The control group was routinely stored, and the observation group was treated with artificial hemolysis. The two groups were compared with high-density lipoprotein (HDL), triglyceride (TG), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), lactate Hydrogenase (LDH).Results There were no significant differences in HDL, TG, ALB between the two groups (P>0.05). The observation group TP, LDH, CK-MB, CK, AST, TBIL, DBIL were (58.95±6.87) g/L, (395.56±11.69) U/L, (84.69±6.84) U/L, (175.69±6.97) IU/L, (84.51±3.69) U/L, (14.23±1.21) μmol/L, (4.21±0.84) μmol/L, superior to the control group (86.64±5.96) g/L, (172.66 ±10.36) U/L, (6.88±0.78) U/L, (124.46±6.32) IU/L, (70.36±2.36) U/L, (9.71±2.12) μmol/L, (10.58±2.54) μmol/ L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion After the hemolysis phenomenon occurs, the specimen will lead to deviation of biochemical test results, affecting its accuracy, and improving the attention of the inspectors to the specimens, in order to effectively ensure the biochemical test results are true and reliable.
