摘要:
脑卒中是发病率高、致残率高、致死率高以及复发率高的脑血管疾病,其主要病因有脑小动脉硬化、脑动脉粥样硬化、血管先天发育异常等,常见的危险因素有高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、心脏病、吸烟等。有研究发现,脑卒中的发病与气象、空气污染存在关联性,异常天气是脑卒中的危险因素之一。本文对气象因素中气温、气压、湿度、空气污染与脑卒中发病关系及发病机制作一综述,旨在为脑卒中的防治提供一定的理论依据。
Abstract:
Abstract:Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease with high incidence, high disability rate, high mortality rate and high recurrence rate. The main causes are cerebral arteriosclerosis, cerebral atherosclerosis, vascular congenital abnormalities, etc. Common risks Factors include high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, and smoking. Some studies have found that the incidence of stroke is related to meteorology and air pollution, and abnormal weather is one of the risk factors for stroke. This article reviews the relationship between temperature, pressure, humidity, air pollution and stroke incidence and pathogenesis in meteorological factors, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of stroke.
