目的 分析西安市医院标识系统与患者满意度的现状及影响因素,尝试提出相应的应对策略和措施。方法 2018年1月~12月随机选择西安市5家医院229例患者,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行西安市医院标识系统与满意度的调查。结果 79.91%的患者认为西安市医院标识系统对患者就医帮助大,19.21%的患者对西安市医院现有的标识系统表示满意,其中针对医院标识系统的人性化与完整性的满意度分别为18.77%和45.85%。36.24%的患者觉得医院标识牌有考虑到特殊人群(老弱病残孕),27.94%的患者表示见过传染科患者通道的标识牌。结论 西安市医院标识系统还需要在医院标识系统完整性、连续性、规律性、可视性等方面积极完善与优化,尤其是人性化方面医院应该为特殊人群提供更加便捷与优质标识系统。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of hospital identification system and patient satisfaction in Xi'an, and try to propose corresponding coping strategies and measures.Methods From January to December 2018, 229 patients from 5 hospitals in Xi'an were randomly selected. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the hospital identification system and satisfaction of Xi'an.Results 79.91% of the patients believed that the hospital identification system of Xi'an was helpful to patients, and 19.21% of the patients were satisfied with the existing identification system of Xi'an Hospital. The satisfaction of the humanization and integrity of the hospital identification system was 18.77% and 45.85%. 36.24% of the patients felt that the hospital signage had taken into account the special population (old and weak, sick and disabled), and 27.94% of the patients said they had seen the signage of the infection patient channel.Conclusion Xi'an hospital identification system also needs to be actively improved and optimized in the aspects of hospital identification system integrity, continuity, regularity, visibility, etc. Especially in terms of humanization, hospitals should provide more convenient and high-quality identification systems for special populations.
