摘要:
目的 研究自制胃管固定带优化胃管固定的效果。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的90例留置胃管患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组采取传统胃管固定方法固定胃管，观察组采取自制胃管固定带固定胃管，两组治疗、护理方法相同。对比两组胃管滑脱问题发生率、舒适度以及护理满意度。结果 观察组胃管滑脱问题发生率低于对照组（4.44% vs 17.78%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组舒适度评分高于对照组[（8.21±1.34）分 vs （7.35±1.12）分]，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组（95.56% vs 77.78%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 以管理制度为依托，通过新方法、新用具，可提升胃管固定的效果，降低胃管滑脱问题发生率，也能提升患者舒适性和护理满意度。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of self-made gastric tube fixation belt to optimize gastric tube fixation.Methods 90 patients with indwelling gastric tube admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. In the control group, the gastric tube was fixed by the traditional gastric tube fixation method, and the observation group was fixed with the self-made gastric tube fixation belt. The treatment and nursing methods were the same in the two groups. The incidence, comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of gastric tube slippage were compared. Results The incidence of gastric tube slippage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (4.44% vs 17.78%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [(8.21±1.34) points vs (7.35±1.12) points],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (95.56% vs 77.78%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the management system, through the new methods and new tools, the effect of gastric tube fixation can be improved, the incidence of gastric tube slippage can be reduced, and patient comfort and nursing satisfaction can be improved.
