摘要:
随着国家“十三五规划”正式落地，“健康中国”正式升级成为国家战略，大健康产业也迎来了发展机遇期。通过信息技术和大数据技术的支持，医疗行业可实现对现有医疗资源的重新整合，提高整个医疗行业的运行效率。以大数据分析为基础，实现个性化健康管理将成为未来健康产业的发展趋势和突破口，大数据的应用会挖掘出大健康产业的巨大潜力。医疗行业的大数据革命已经到来，而医疗健康行业早就遇到了海量数据和非结构化数据的挑战，尤其以患者电子病历数据为难点。本文将以卫生部最新规范《电子病历系统功能规范（试行）》为基础，结合我院在实施结构化电子病历中遇到的难点，分析其中的问题所在，探讨医院实施电子病历的解决办法，介绍结构化电子病历的相关技术，电子病历应用的效果，探讨结构化电子病历在临床应用中的前景。
Abstract:
With the official "13th Five-Year Plan" officially launched, "Healthy China" officially upgraded to become a national strategy, and the big health industry also ushered in a period of development opportunities. With the support of information technology and big data technology, the medical industry can re-integrate existing medical resources and improve the efficiency of the entire medical industry. Based on big data analysis, personalized health management will become the development trend and breakthrough of the future health industry. The application of big data will tap the great potential of the big health industry. The big data revolution in the medical industry has arrived, and the medical health industry has long encountered the challenge of massive data and unstructured data, especially with patient electronic medical record data. This article will be based on the latest regulation of the Ministry of Health "Electronic Medical Record System Functional Specification (Trial)", combined with the difficulties encountered in the implementation of structured electronic medical records, analyze the problems, and explore the hospital's solution to the implementation of electronic medical records. Introduce related technologies of structured electronic medical records, the effects of electronic medical records, and explore the prospects of structured electronic medical records in clinical applications.
